Do you think crooked officers may be using recorded tragic situations to their advantage? like using it to inflict fear into black communities. i feel like the more the situations are recorded, the more comfortable officers are becoming and are being open to being racist.

The foundation is built upon the goal of taking away the freedom of newly freed slaves. In order to stop the heinous killings that are going on right now, we need to redefine the intent of the jail system.
