Learning outcomes must be determined for each subject. Even though these results that I want to reach, I specify the teaching method and evaluation tool because this helps me to choose the appropriate method for teaching students and the appropriate tool to test the extent to which I achieved these results that I set from the beginning. At the end of the lesson, we worked on the group's task, and it consisted of a group of questions about SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis to the traditional way of teaching. The second Module of the pedagogical training course was the Innovative Pedagogy and Assessment Tools was studied for four weeks. 
On the first day Mr. Miran started this lesson: what does pedagogy mean to us? What is our opinion on previous modules? What would you expect to learn from innovative pedagogy and assessment tools? what is skills and experience.
 I learned good things and useful information, the teachers were academic, and they dealt with students and situations professionally. In my opinion in this module, I learn the teaching method and assessment tools.

1-Construction of summaries by students
 The group introduced the construction of summaries by students.
 They took longer, the third presenter had few votes.  Some slides were very detailed.

 This group discussed the method of panel discussion, which involved gathering a group of people to discuss a specific topic
 They took longer, the slides were great.
 They had a third level for me.

 3-Field exercises
 This group discusses the field exercises of active student participation.
 They took longer, their presenter performance was lower.  Some slides were very good, they came and went a lot.
 I had a second level.

 4- Class discussion conducted by teacher
  This group discussed two types of discussions (small groups and large groups) for exchange of information and discussion between students and teachers in the classroom.
 Their presenter performance is low and their body language is very weak.

 5- Case study and Problem solve
 This group discusses two types of learning methods and compares them with other methods.  It is favorable for geometric medical sciences.

 6. Academic Field Trips
 This group discussed academic field trips, students' scientific trips to a place to receive and benefit from relevant topics.
 They took longer, the slides were very good, they didn't sound good in general.

 7. Blended learning
 This group discussed the blended learning approach.
 It didn't take long, the slides were very good, the sound was good in general.
 I had a level (4).

 8. Jigsaw puzzle maps
 This group is about shared learning strategies
 It didn't take long, the slides were good, the sound wasn't good.

 9. Development of low cost and freematerials
 This learning is the use of basic materials for learning primary and kindergarten students.
  Poor control and very weak body language took more time, the slides were good, the sound was not good.

How do we asses?
Assessment can be done by oneself, a peer, or a teacher. Mr. Miran then explained to us what a rubric is, the types of rubrics, and how to use a rubric. Finally, in the second section of the lesson, each group of us selected one of the teaching methods to develop a rubric for. In this class, I learned that to fairly evaluate students, you must construct a rubric for them and inform them of it so that they are aware of the standards by which they will be judged. Due to this, justice and transparency are achieved, and the subject is not impacted by feelings or moods.
By the end of this module, I have learned that there are many important ways to teach and assess my students. This will allow me to use a variety of teaching and assessing methods going forward. This makes me relate the lessons to the labor market and real life.
