Connor’s physical development is progressing very well. He is a strong and active little boy who eagerly participates in exercises and activities. He can sit steadily, move from a sitting position into a crawling position, and roll from side to side with ease. Connor confidently pulls himself up against objects and enjoys using the walking ring to move around the class, which excites him greatly. He can also hold his bottle independently while drinking, demonstrating good coordination and control.

Fine Motor (Art):

Connor’s fine motor skills are developing very well. He can use a pinch grip to pick up small objects, such as dry oats and cereal, demonstrating growing precision and control. He enjoys holding a paintbrush and exploring his creativity through painting, as well as scribbling with crayons. Messy play is one of his favourite activities, helping him strengthen his hands and fingers while having fun.

Gross Motor (Music and Rhythm):

Connor enjoys participating actively during ring time. He claps his hands to the beat of the songs and moves his body along with the rhythm, demonstrating a developing sense of coordination and musical awareness. He also loves physical play in the classroom, happily climbing up and down the castle, going up the stairs, and sliding down, which helps build his strength, balance, and confidence.

Connor’s visual development is progressing very well. He enjoys watching bubbles, following them with his eyes and reaching out to catch them before they pop. He also tracks toys with flickering lights, demonstrating strong visual focus, hand–eye coordination, and curiosity as he engages with his environment.

Connor’s auditory development is progressing well. When a rattle is shaken or a clap is made near him, he turns his head from side to side to follow the sound. This demonstrates his growing ability to locate and respond to auditory cues, showing good listening skills and sound awareness.

Connor’s social and emotional development is progressing very well. He is very attached to Anna and enjoys having her close for comfort and reassurance. He loves interacting and playing with his friends, demonstrating a strong sense of connection and enjoyment in group activities. Connor is comfortable in his class environment, is very friendly, and brightens the classroom with his constant smiles.
