Go outside and make an impression of your shoe in dirt (Be sure to use a shoe that has a good tread). Take a photograph of the impression and then pour the casting materials over the impression. After it dries, lift it from the dirt, brush off the excess dirt and take a photo graph. Upload both pictures into the discussion board on schoology. Then answer the following: Based on the physical characteristics (look, depth of tread etc.) would the print be useful and why?
