We need to offer testing sites in black, and mostly minority or underfunded neighborhoods. Because one of the reasons that minorities are suffering more with covid is because many don't have access to healthcare, which discourages people from going to the hospital in fear of losing money needed for shelter, and other necessities. There are two ways to combat those, universal healthcare, and a higher minimum wage.
