         <description><![CDATA[<div>WHAT IS ORGANISATIONAL BEHAVIOR?<br>According to Dr R Pilai organisational behaviour is the study of human behaviour in organisational setting, the inteface between human behaviour and the organisation, and the organisation itself. Organisatioanl Behaviour focuses more in how things should be done in an organisation rather that what is being practiced by the members. It compliments human with technology. In a sense that when people become members of an organisation to fulfill the objectives of the organisation, some sort of structure is required whereby technology is essential in achieving the objectives and at some point one might be influence by external environment.<br>Factors that influence organisational behaviour includes cultural practices of that organisation in terms of values, principles, traditions and how things are done. <br><br></div>]]></description>
