         <description><![CDATA[<div>PPR is affordable house that develop by the government for low income group and for squatter.&nbsp; The objectives of PPR development are to overcome housing shortage issues and to make the squatter resettlement. The development is implemented by Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad(SPNB)with cooperation of Local Authority. PPR was categorising in two which are tenancy PPR and owning PPR. This PPR development is being requested by many people but only certain application is accepted which are choose based on the term and condition. However in this case the owner of PPR house misused the property and let their house to the foreigner for their own income. Their action is against the law and Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) had to seize the 550 units of PPR house.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
