– Utiliza envases de vidrio o de un plástico seguro (tipo 2) para almacenar alimentos
– Evita las bandejas y vasos de estirofoam (similar a corcho blanco), sobretodo con líquidos calientes. Evita este tipo de material sobretodo para meterlo al microondas y para bebidas calientes.
– Sustituye el film de plástico o el papel de aluminio para conservar los alimentos. Es preferible sustituirlos por bolsitas de cierre hermético tipo zip , elaboradas con HDPE/PEAD (tipo 2), un tipo de plástico que no desprende toxinas.
– Cuando compres productos, busca productos con menor packaging .
