Invest in a new lap top. the model I have is very cum bersome

Look at Brightspace as early as possible before arriving so that you are more familiar with how the software works.

Decide if you are going to print lectures or use a laptop/ tablet. If using those then take to each class.

Promote watching YouTube videos to support learning ex:parasites

Helpful tips to show students how to add their own notes to lecture slides as opposed to using a separate word document.
