         <description><![CDATA[<p>Lisa Haskins-Pearson, a seasoned HR professional, brings over two decades of experience in driving HR solutions for small and mid-sized organizations. She is an alumna of the University of North Texas, holding a BA in psychology and an MBA in human resource management. Currently, she leads People Planning in Irving, Texas, where she crafts customized HR strategies encompassing areas such as recruitment, talent management, pipeline development, compensation, and human capital metrics. Her professional journey is further fortified by her certifications from SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and PHR.</p><p>Before, Lisa Haskins-Pearson held senior roles in organizations such as Harwood International (director of people and culture), TriNet (principal, human capital consultant), and Denton Regional Medical Center (vice president of human resources). At Denton, she led a five-year employee engagement initiative, rewrote the employee handbook, created budget-neutral compensation solutions to correct pay inequities, and implemented competency-based recruitment strategies to enhance job fit. The hospital received its first “exemplary” ECO audit months after she assumed office. Her work also eliminated HR-related litigation claims and contestable employment claims for three years.</p><p>Lisa Pearson has certificates from SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and PHR. She is a court-appointed special advocate and was an adjunct professor at her alma mater, earning the Honor’s Award for HR teaching functions.</p><p>Beyond HR, Ms. Pearson is the co-founder of Integrated Hope for Healing. The nonprofit advances functional and holistic healing protocols to reverse and prevent chronic illnesses. The nonprofit also promotes awareness of Breast Implant Illness. She is currently advocating for the recognition and formalization of this illness.</p>]]></description>
