Evidence: The source shows three soldiers,representing North Korea, china and USSR.The soldier representing china is kicking the soldier representing North Korea and the soldier representing USSR is pushing the soldier representing china. 

Explanation: The USSR is responsible for the Korean War because USSR is the mastermind for the war as USSR is behind supporting North Korea and China in the war. Thus, USSR is responsible for the Korean War.
