KY participates in a multi state virtual program (Elevate Your State) for students with visual impairments.  The states are KY, MN, MI, and DE.  We will be working with YETI to work with student leaders to develop the virtual program this year and plan logistics.

DVR in Hawaii does not have one as well. CTE has summits for student leaders, but it is not specifically for students with Disiblities. I would need to learn how to start and run a youth leadership, and a model to copy to start. I am a new specialist as well :)

We are working with YETI this year. DE is very small and our blind agency is very small as well. We currently only have 24 transition students.
