1) Based on your own observation and experience, identify the function of internet in travel agencies toward their daily business activities. 

--> In my own observation and experience, the internet in travel agencies are very functional toward their daily business activities. Now a day, a lot of people who using internet. They can found anything in internet. For the travel agencies, they can show the interesting place by using the internet. Travel agencies that use their own picture from the other guest that use their agencies before that ( guest feedback ) or from their own experience to attract the guest. The guest also can search the best place that they can travel with reasonable price by using the internet.  Based on that, the guest will also can trust that agency.  The internet very useful in travel agencies especially to market their business activities. The travel agencies can show it by using media social such as Facebook, Instagram, Blog and others. 

2) In your opinion, does travel agency is still relevant in conducting travel and tour to tourists for the next year? Why do you think so?

--> In my opinion, I think that travel agency is still relevant in conducting travel and tour to tourists for the next year.  For me, not everyone know the safety of the place that their travel, so the guest need to conducting travel and tour to tourists especially the tourist that go for the adventure travel. The important things that the travel agency must concerned are the tourism safety because its about other people life and for me the travel agencies must be responsibility with their guest.
