         <title>  Table 3 I wonder if we can look at the things we control instead of the theoretical to achieve equity--i.e, seating charts, lesson plans, expanding the curriculum, etc.  I try to use as many books on tape to assist students.  I wonder what teacher practices have been successful.  I wonder much less whether we have a definition, per se.  If and when we have greater ability to collaborate about practice, and we have time to reflect in the most concrete ways possible we will do a better and better job supporting equity.</title>
