Put a string of lights along your dry erase board or another obvious spot. Get kids excited that whenever they meet your expectation, you will plug in the lights. Pick something your kids might be struggling with - getting to the carpet quickly, quieting down to start the lesson... Each time they meet your expectation, plug in the lights until the next part of class. This is great because you have many times a day to reinforce the behavior. You can add in a layer where you are watching for students who x, y or z - and then pick one of those students each time to turn on the lights.
