·         Uncover and add the frozen papa criolla and reduce heat for 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to your taste.

·         Add the water and boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for 30 to 35 minutes, until chicken is cooked and tender.

·         Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and return to the pot. Serve the Ajiaco with capers and heavy cream on the side.

·         Continue cooking the corn for about 15 more minutes. Put away the onions and then add red potatoes, white potatoes, and the guascas. Cook for 15 more minutes.

·         In a large pot, place the chicken, corn, chicken broth, cilantro, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.

·         Remove the chicken and place in another plate.

RTA: si  es importante porque hoy en día es mejor aprender otro idioma favoreciéndonos de mejores oportunidades en distintos países teniendo como pate fundamental las costumbres que nosotros tenemos y enseñando un poco más de nuestra Colombia

RTA: este aprendizaje aporta en mi vida personal como una manera de superarme y dejar de lado los complejos y en mi vida profesional es la manera de buscar nuevas oportunidades ampliando horizontes
