         <title>Han dynasty          (206 bce - 220 ce)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Literature - The Han dynasty was the first to make paper. It was widely spread around the dynasty and was used for religious texts, government documents, instructional texts and literature. The han dynasty kept the way to make paper a secret. <br>2) Science and Technology - The Han dynasty also made a boat that was ahead of its time called the junks. It featured a part called the rudder which is something still used today. <br>3) Art and Architecture - <br>The Han dynasty had many superstitions about the afterlife. They made inscriptions in their tombs and left stuff there for the afterlife. They also left statues of their family depicting them doing regular life things. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Roman Empire          (27 bce - 180 ce)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Science and Technology - The Romans were very sophisticated, taking prior knowledge from ancient greece they constructed many incredible ideas. The roman aqueducts carried water kilometers away. They used arches which revolutionized the way buildings were built. Romans also learned anatomy in depth. This in turn allowed for more accurate surgeries and for higher common knowledge. <br>2) Art and Architecture -<br>Using their prior knowledge of greek architecture, romans adopted new techniques from previous ones. They invented the dome which was widespread around the empire. They also evolved the sculptures appearance. They appeared more realistic and lasted centuries.  <br>3) Literature - The two most known authors were Virgil Cicero. Their stories consist of stories of rome's origin and their goal to civilize the world with their divine power to  books of morals and beliefs during a time of hardships.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Art and Architecture - Greece was known for its buildings being well thought about. They were simple, proportionate, and had harmony. They had also started to create statues with intricate details and made them look more human-like. <br>2) Literature - Greek literature represents most of what they were. They had plays and dramas based on war and power and on the regular life of citizens... with a little bit of spice.<br>3) Mathematics - In greece math had a very important role in society due to the architecture of their buildings. They needed math to see if things are going to be symmetric or if pillars will hold the buildings weight. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Science and Technology - The song dynasty actually had an early form of vaccination when smallpox was widespread. They would take scabs from a smallpox sore and put it on a healthy persons arm. It worked in making them stronger to fight the disease.<br>2) Art and Architecture - The Tang dynasty popularized using stone and bricks to make houses instead of using the traditional wood. They also created buildings ahead of their time using unique techniques and stylistic choices.<br>3) Literature - Many families at the time were poor so reading was their attempt to be more knowledgeable. They read stories of kind and humble beginnings. Being able to write narratives was considered a gift . The stories they read shaped them to be humble and respectful.   </div>]]></description>
