         <description><![CDATA[<p>The IB Learner Profile defines a set of attributes that the curriculum aims to develop in students.          <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Knowledgeable </strong>students acquire in-depth knowledge across a range of subjects, being able to make <strong>questions </strong>that connect the known to the unknown. </p><p><br></p><p>Some practices that can enrich this attribute in students are: </p><ol><li><p><strong>Asking questions</strong> insted of guiding the answer;</p></li><li><p><strong>Stimulate their curiority</strong> on a variety of subjects;</p></li><li><p>Recognizing <strong>failure </strong>as part of the learning process;</p></li><li><p>Helping students to be more <strong>connected</strong> to real world events </p></li><li><p>Give them <strong>acess </strong>to a range of different books, videos, journals and more!</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Inquirers </strong>are students that exercise their <strong>curiosity and research skills</strong>, demostrating independent learning. </p><p><br/></p><p>In school pratices that can enrich this attribute are:</p><ol><li><p>Creating a <strong>wonder wall</strong> (or any specific space) that encorage students to document their questions or doubts; </p></li><li><p><strong>Not giving straight answers</strong> when in face of a questions, instead, stimulate the collective inquiry; </p></li><li><p>Give the <strong>good and consistent feedback</strong> for their researches. </p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>As the name says, <strong>communicators </strong>are students that can express themselves in a <strong>clear and consise manner</strong>, as well as understand ideas and infomation reaching the heart of a subject. </p><p><br/></p><p>To stimulate this type of attribute inside of a classroom, you can: </p><ol><li><p><strong>Create a safe and respectful space</strong> were students can hear and talk;</p></li><li><p>Understant that the <strong>hability to listen</strong> to others is also communicative;</p></li><li><p>Know that oral communication is <strong>not </strong>the only way to be communucative;</p></li><li><p><strong>Ask questions</strong> to explainwhat the student is saying;</p></li><li><p><strong>Encorage</strong> students to speak out, even when they are uncertain of the accuracy of their thought.</p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Risk-takers</strong> students show a <strong>corageous </strong>and <strong>brave </strong>mindset when facing new challenges our when invited to get out of their confort zone. They like to innovate their strategies and explore new ideas and roles. </p><p><br></p><p>Usually, smaller children display a "natural" risk-taker behaviour, as being afraid of making mistakes is thought by adults. So, ways you can help student sustain their risk-taker attribute are:</p><ol><li><p>Helping them <strong>understand mistakes</strong> are part of the learning process; </p></li><li><p>Give them <strong>opportunities</strong> to fell confident and brave; </p></li><li><p>Give them <strong>positive feedback</strong> when they show they've come out of their confort zone</p></li><li><p><strong>NEVER force a child</strong> to do something they don't fell confortable with. </p></li></ol>]]></description>
