Fiona should think about her debt when she want to change credit card. She has a stable income but she also need to manage her finances well. Fiona should do a good arrangement on her income stable for settle down her debt wisely first and then maybe she could change her credit card but still with the right choice of changing her cards.<br><br><strong>CASE 2<br></strong>Jamie and his Mum Anita should prioritize their debt before making any changes to their restaurants as their economy will not stabilize if they continue to value restaurant jewelry more than their economy to maintain rent payments first. Possibly to restore their economy to a stable state, they may be able to reduce the number of workers and overtime to find customers who want to come to their restaurant. If they think about their debt as well as improve their restaurant performance in terms of quality, they can better manage their debt and restaurant. Thinking about the current arrears and then moving on to something else. <br><br><strong>CASE 3<br></strong>Adrian can also earn extra income besides doing his current job. This way, he no longer has to rely on his credit card to pay back the arrears but he can also arrange and maybe the money from his side income can help him pay the arrears as well. Adrian can continue to work as a sole trader. However, he needs to tell people that he is a bankrupt, OR change his business name to include his full name so that no higher-level view of his work is taken. Don't risk it if we ourselves feel we can't afford it.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Why NOKIA disappeared?<br><strong>1.</strong>      <strong>The appearance of Apple and Android on the mobile market: </strong>Nokia’s paralysis caused by the breakthrough of the iPhone and Android since 2007 could be interpreted through the obvious features related to the culture and structure of the company. <br><br></div><ul><li>·    Nokia looked <strong>pitifully old-fashioned</strong>, with their clumsy user interfaces and limited range of services. A Nokia mobile was durable, but cumbersome. On the other hand, Apple’s iPhone was a beautiful trendy product, which was easy to use and whose touch-screen offered many innovative ways to use the phone;</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>· Apple was able to offer a large amount of apps. The phone was simple to use, and aesthetically unique. </li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>·         Nokia was <strong>unable to respond to iPhone’s challenge</strong>. It started losing market share.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1.Why Nokia "Dissapeared"?</strong><br><br>One of the reasons is they <strong>over estimated their strength</strong>. They refuse to<strong> play by the market rules. </strong>They overestimate their brand and do not change. In Nokia's case, the brand was too late to step up the smartphone game. They refused to change its hardware designs and thought it could catch up with iPhone's superiority. They failed to realise that if they fall behind in the era of high technological it will result in failure.  <br><br>For the second reason is <strong>they</strong> <strong>refused to change</strong>.The idea was to adapt to the changing environment. The importance of applications-led ecosystems was growing. Nokia did not have the skills to step up with the times. They did not even show the inclination to work towards it.<br><br>For the third reason is Nokia always <strong>make too much wrong decision</strong>. Eventhough Nokia controlled the supply chains by selling phones in larger numbers they still making wrong decision in their plays. They refused to come together and build an open source system (OS) which would be available on all smartphones with Google when Google  announced the “Open Handset Alliance”. As a result,  the numbers of their market share crumbled down within just two years and its put them in crisis. </div>]]></description>

(5 marks)</div><div>From my point of view:</div><div>i.                 <strong>Nokia’s management not dare to take risk to innovate according to the changing world</strong>. As we can see in the case study: In later years, when</div><div>the company (Nokia) expanded, it continued on the course of a risk-averse culture.</div><div> </div><div>ii.                <strong>The Vision of Nokia was too narrow and short if compared to main competitor, Apple. Then, the bureaucracy in Nokia making the information cannot flow smoothly inside the it, its blocking creativity and innovative.</strong> As we can see in the case study: Apple’s approach in commandeering mobiles as a part of the integrated, user-friendly world of devices, digital services and software highlights Nokia’s weaknesses in responding to this new challenge. Nokia did not have a similar visionary leader. The top management of the Finnish company consisted mainly of finance experts. Entrepreneurial experience in product development by staying close to R&amp;D teams, physical prototypes and their applications was unfamiliar. Due to rigid performance monitoring and an isolating organisational structure, different divisions and functions were unable to communicate with each other.</div><div> </div><div>iii.              <strong>Nokia underestimate its competitor and did not update their products.</strong> As shown in case study: Nokia’s mobiles were reliable, and always advanced technologically, but now they looked pitifully old-fashioned, with their clumsy user interfaces and limited range of services. A Nokia mobile was durable, but cumbersome. On the other hand, Apple’s iPhone was a beautiful trendy product, which was easy to use and whose touch-screen offered many innovative ways to use the phone; for example, for gaming. The Android OS provided a strong basis for new smartphones, while the capacity of Nokia’s own Symbian was starting to reach its limits in its current format.</div><div> </div><div> </div><div>iv.              <strong>Nokia is too hubris and arrogant after being praise and recognize.</strong> As stated in case study: Nokia had become extremely egocentric and arrogant. Business success had gone to their heads. As Laamanen et al. (2016) observed, during the years of success, Nokia was constantly praised without any criticism in management publications and business studies. This, of course, set the stage for a dangerous sense of pride, as executives from little remote Finland suddenly discovered themselves in the global limelight.</div><div> </div><div>v.                <strong>Nokia’s management did not realized and admitted their problem after make some wrong decisions.</strong> As stated in the case study video: The CEO of Nokia crying and said “you know we didn’t do anything wrong, and somehow we lose” in the press conference that marked the end of Nokia in 2014.</div><div> </div>]]></description>

If Fiona wants to make a financial decision but is not sure of the consequences, Fiona should seek the advice of a financial expert so that she does not eat at her own expense.</div><div> </div><div>   <strong>II.</strong>          <strong>CASE 2</strong></div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>            </strong>With regard to the case of Jamie and his mother, they should have been concerned about the fixed expenses that must be borne in the business. Among these are fixed costs such as debt. This is because debt is a fixed cost to pay regardless of whether your business is profitable or not. What Jamie and his mother did was irrational because they put debt as the last thing to think about. They value customers more than themselves making their finances unstable by spending money on less important things like branding cafés and adding in-store decor. This should be avoided and they may try other things to attract customers such as promoting an online store or making home-to-house food delivery.</div><div> </div><div> <strong>III.</strong>          <strong>CASE 3</strong></div><div><strong> </strong></div><div><strong>            </strong>In Adrian's case, the act of meeting his accountant was a wise move. Because they are more specialized in finance. If he only thought about paying the debt by getting money from someone else. It must have been worse. According to the registered trustee's actions to make Adrian a bankrupt he was very good even though it looked bad. This is because he can free himself from debt beyond his income that year! He can also keep his car and equipment to continue his business. So, I don't think it's wrong for him to be embarrassed to tell others that he's gone bankrupt. As long as his life is not working just to pay off debt.</div>]]></description>

While customer service plays a role in taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.<br><br>So, look at both positions. I think I'm most interested in customer service. I really liked this position because I was previously an assistant manager at the bookstore, so I knew a little about what the client needed. With this knowledge, I may be able to provide good support to clients in the business that will be carried out. Success does not come from setting abstract goals. Success can happen when we tried to do something with all of our effort. Although we had faced failure in our life, it doesn’t mean that we have nothing to do to success in our life. We can learn from that failure to be more success in our life especially when we don’t easily give up in our effort and life. Based on the video, we can see that he don’t give up on climbing the mountain although he had faced a several time of failure.
