5. Menyunting teks pada padlet dapat dilakukan dengan cara menge-blok teks yang ingin disunting, kemudian akan muncul jendela editing di atas teks yang sudah di-highlight tersebut 
6. Menghapus section adalah sama dengan menghapus posts. Jadi harap berhati-hati saat akan menghapus sesuatu, karena sesuatu yang sudah terhapus tidak dapat dipulihkan kembali.

Classroom management refers to wide variety of skills and technique to keep students organized and academically productive during a class.

1. Why is it Important, and How to Do Classroom Management

      • It is our job as a teacher
      • It motivates and affects the students
   2. How to do a classroom management
      • Provide a safe and comfortable environment
      • Understanding every student, because they are different to choose a proper method of teaching by learning how to manage them in general, and the right approach to teaching them.
      • Establish a clear expectation, rule, and schedule
      • Communicate and engage with your student to form a connection by giving feedback and praise as a motivation
      • Give fair treatment to every student so all of the students have equal opportunities
      • Establish a healthy and positive relationship with your class
      • Always be aware of unexpected factors, keep it assertive, and adapt to those situations
2. Components of Effective Classroom Management
   1. Classroom designing
      • Positioning of desks, displays, storage, equipment
      • Remove unnecessary and distracting items from your classroom
   2. Rules
      • Expect their behavior clearly at the beginning of the year by reviewing the rules and class contract with your students and their parents
   3. Discipline
      • Have clear and concrete consequences to keep your student disciplined
   4. Schedule
      • Keep your class in order by staying on time and on task
   5. Organization
      • Keep files, assignments, lesson plans, administration, and paperwork in order
   6. Instrumental Technique
      • Grade level, subject area, and students are different. Tailor your instrumental technique to fit your teaching method to their needs 
   7. Communication
      • Make it clear and consistent with every school component
      • Always response politely

1. Provide a safe environment for students, because in a good environment students will learn comfortably.
2. Understand your students by learning how to manage them in general, and the right approach in teaching them.
3. Establish a clear expectation, rules and schedule so the students will understand the learning process at all.
4. Communicate and engage with your students by giving feedback and appreciate all of their work.
5. Try to give fair treatment to all of our students so all of them have the same opportunities.
6. Establish a positive relationship with class.
7. Be aware of unexpected factors, keep calm and try to adapt with all of those factors.

• Make students discipline by giving concrete and consistent consequences for those who break the rules.

1. Emotional or Self-control
   • It wouldn't leave a good mark if you as a professional teacher reacts too fast to a situation. Some students may misbehave for reasons, but that doesn't give you the right to overreact over something.
2. Inappropriate Consequences
   • Customize the rules and consequences to the basic competencies that have been set before in order to help the students achieve the expectation
3. Conflict with Parents
   • Form good communication with students' parents. Prepare clear rules and rational consequences
4. Misbehavior
   • Each student and each class have its own characteristic. It is our responsibility as a teacher to understand each of those differences. Some of the bad behaviors that can be found in the classroom include:
   1. Leaving Class Too Frequently
      • Don't assume disrespect. ask them what is their concern
   2. Monopolizing the Discussion
      • Some students are too talkative. Give them a few class periods to settle in to make it equal between their peers
   3. Refusal to Participate or Speak
      • Give them attention
   4. Sleeping in Class
      • Encourage to be active, e.g. by taking notes. They might study better by experiencing on hand instead of listening to lectures
   5. Sharing/Copying Work
      • Make it clear whether it is an individual or group work assignment. Warn them to avoid plagiarism at all cost
   6. Undermining Teacher's Authority
      • Don't let them. Some students have tendencies to show off. The problem also might be on the teacher, some teachers are too shy or silent, giving their students a chance to rebel
   7. Poor Hygiene
      • Keep clean the classroom. Limit the usage of deodorizers to avoid distraction
   8. Verbal and Physical Threats
      • Control the students to maintain their attitude, both in action or words
   9. Gum, Food, and Phone
      • Keep them to stay focused on the class, control their usage of phones and let the students know when to use their electronic devices
   10. Too Many Chit-chats
       • Make a situation that encourages them to discuss more the material explained
