For examples: When, in the last week I will stay at home. I will do something like: Watching TV, do homework, do housework or my friends will come to my house and play videogame with me. But when I stay at home, I usually have to do exercise because it good for my heath. Sometimes, my mother will take me to the supermarket to buy something for me. Of course, I have to go outside, I can't just stay at home and do something like that. I can go to my friend's home to study. Or sometimes I will go to the cafe with my mom, my mom has to do the work on the laptop, and I have to do the homework. I know some people doesn't like that, they like to go outside, they don't want to stay at home like me or someone. Why did I choose to play outdoors? Because to play outdoors, breathe fresh air, that's very pleasant. When play outdoors is very healthy than play indoors. If we play in the house for too long, we will get tired and tired. Outdoors we can play games such as cycling, badminton, swimming, hiding and many other interesting games. When we stay at home playing too many games, we will be lazy and spit on others, which is very bad for the body. We are outdoors will be exposed to the sun, which is good for our health and learn about the natural world more when we play outdoors. So I recommend you to play outside because it's good for your health and don't stay indoors for too long.
