Because of this, it's crucial to be able to spot incorrect information and correct it when appropriate. In my personal experience, I have had to update others on fake news and correct myself. Although this might have caused conflict, I think the experience has improved our communication by teaching us both the value of fact-checking and verification. 

We all have experienced correcting someone or being corrected by someone on fake news. It is important to remember that when we are in such situations, we must maintain our relationships with others, even if they are wrong.

Correcting someone on fake news can be tricky as it can lead to arguments and hurt feelings. Therefore, it is essential to approach the situation carefully and respectfully. When correcting someone, focus on facts rather than opinions and avoid personal attacks. It will help you maintain your relationship with them even after the correction.
