Dafür haben wir verschiedene Techniken ausprobiert. Das Häkeln dauert sehr lange und würde ich wirklich nur geübten Leuten empfehlen. Das Filzen hingegen geht recht flott und ist auch nicht sehr herausfordernd, sehr gut geeignet für SuS. Die Sonne haben wir ganz simpel gestaltet, indem wir die Wolle in einem Kreis aufgewickelt und dann aufgeschnitten haben. Für den Ring des Saturns haben wir ein Stück Karton ausgeschnitten und mit Wolle umwickelt. Befestigt haben wir zuletzt alles mit Büroklammern und Wollfäden.

 (Bsp.: Man stelle sich vor, man umspannt mit einem Seil die ganze Erde. Dabei wird das Seil straff gehalten, so dass es direkt auf der Oberfläche liegt.
Jetzt schneidet man das Seil durch, verlängert es um einen Meter und verbindet die beiden Enden wieder.
Wenn man jetzt versucht das Seil an jeder Stelle um den Globus herum gleichzeitig hochzuheben, wie hoch kommt man dann?)

Oh, those elusive little comets, they can be so difficult to spot. Why not make your own at home to fly around the room? You’ll need:

Popsicle sticks or chopsticks
Metallic ribbon
Aluminum foil
Scissors
Roll some foil into a ball, and stick it on top of the Popsicle stick. Cut strips of ribbon into lengths of approximately 15 cm (6 in), and attach to the foil ball. You now have a fiery comet complete with its own flaming tail.
