         <description><![CDATA[<div> <strong> The ocean thermal energy is reusable!</strong> The energy in the ocean will most likely never run out and the temp. differences will almost always be there so it will last forever!<br><strong>Its low maintenance! </strong>Once the machine is installed into the ocean it requires low maintenance to keep it running!<br><strong>Its not harmful to the environment! </strong>It doesn't need a lot of fossil fuels to run. It also makes the air fresher so that means that it is also good for the atmosphere!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The cost to install one of these machines is very very expensive</strong>. Just one of these plants can run about 75 million dollars each!<br><strong>Harms marine life! </strong>Pipes from the plant run all the way down to the very bottom of the ocean and tiny animals that live in the ocean might be drawn to the pipes which in the end can harm them.</div>]]></description>
