Diphthongs: some people find diphthongs quite tricky, and you may not have them in your own language, but they’re basically a combination of two [vowel] sounds put together in the same syllable.

Vowel Sounds: The one that people struggle with when they're learning English is the pronunciation, in particular, the vowels. They are tough and a lot of them sound very very similar to some speakers of certain languages.

Consonant Sounds: Some of these consonants don’t exist at all, so it can be quite tricky to learn them.

As we can see that British is quite hard especially on the pronunciations, not all people can speak specifically as what the native speaker says, and this is the main reason why people refuses to learn about British accent, they often get judged and feel different from the natives.

Perhaps yes, British can be quite tricky sometimes, some words can be quite hard to pronounce, but there's also words that we can easily say without native speakers help. As for daily use, using British accent would make someone's confidence getting stronger and stronger. Not only British is hard, but also it helps us to speak with confidence since it was hard, so people might be seeing you from laughing to give you an applause.

It was quite hard at first, but since we keep repeating it over and over again, we feel lot more confident to speak with English.

Using British maybe a bit hard for a newbie, try using Australian English first since Australian and British English are almost the same. Even if it's still feels hard, just keep practicing, keep doing it until you feel confident to speak with those accent without feeling wrong at all.
