Ładna pogoda, a to nie wakacje, A kwarantanna gdzie lekcje robimy zdalnie. Już wolałabym być w szkole, bo tam przynajmniej nauczyciel wytłumaczy, a samemu to trochę ciężko się uczuć. Mam nadzieję że to szybko minie.

It's been a week at home sitting because it's a pandemic, but it's not holidays And you have to learn (a bit too much work suddenly and you can not do it quickly but well), some do not take the seriousness of this situation in the world and I have friends who underestimate this they meet, it's really a minus. I miss school a bit, but it is also a challenge for us, something new and we can manage ;)

Underestimating worries me as well, too much homework is not encouraging as well but I think we teachers try to understand it and try to change . I agree this situation is a challenge to everyone and we should take only good and postive things out of it!!!!!!!

Hi good people. Im spending my third day in lock down with two kids. Other one missing school and trying to manage with homework. Otherone missing friends from daycare. At the same time working and participating a training online. Some multitasking here going on. Still we´re rocking it.
a tip for bored moments or people missing school.. Create a Discord server for your class and meet people online.

We are trying to manage as well, with own kids and kids from school. We miss school but also try to learn new things from this new experience which is new as well to teachers, students, parents and the whole society!!!

Here students are frustrated doing online lessons and doing homework. They cannot meet with their friends. They do online gaming, social online games through facebook and more. On the other hand, me as a youthworker we are working to finds new ways to work online with young people.

I know it's a difficult situation, but we need to make something productive from this period of quarantine, do whatever makes you feel accomplished, write your thoughts, read more, learn a new language, try to do things that will make you the best version of yourself. In this period we have to take care of ourselves, our family and friends. We have to appreciate more the little things like a walk to a park or hugging someone, that's why we should #stayhome for our safety and others too. Please stay safe and take care❤ I hope this situation will get better soon and God help us all

What we may learn is to give more value to time at school: many learning activities can be done at home by ourselves, but there are things that can only happen in a classroom with a supporting group: collaborating, discussing, making and using tools together, learn from each other. This is the added value we must give to time at school.

During quarantine I'm studying a lot, more than usual. I'm socialising with teachers who live all over the world using Padlets and similar. I'm improving my using technologies. I think that the quarantine has teaching me something about reflecting on my job. I have more time to stay on didactic platforms. Clearly I miss my interests outside home, but know I need to use my time at home in the best way. I think this is "quarantine" for me. #Istayathome 🌈

Witam, dla chętnych do poczytania i poćwiczenia pamiętając, że należy się ruszać: Tabata - co to jest i na czym polega? Tabata, czyli intensywny trening interwałowy to sposób na szybkie pozbycie się zbędnej tkanki tłuszczowej oraz poprawę wydolności organizmu. Doskonale sprawdzi się on w przypadku osób, które nie mają dużo czasu na ćwiczenia i chcą je wykonywać w warunkach domowych o pasującej im porze; oczywiście, nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie, aby trening Tabata wykonywać na siłowni np. z pomocą doświadczonego trenera.Szukając skutecznego treningu, który pozwoli poprawić wygląd sylwetki i zapewni lepszą wydolność oraz wytrzymałość organizmu, warto zdecydować się na trening Tabata. Jest on wprawdzie wyjątkowo krótki, ale jego intensywność pozwala osiągać doskonałe efekty. Trzeba tylko wiedzieć, że ćwiczenia Tabata nie są dla każdego i na pewno nie należy się na nie decydować w sytuacji, gdy mamy dużą nadwagę i otyłość lub nasza kondycja fizyczna jest równa zeru.Trening Tabata - co to jest?Trening metaboliczny, bo tak też nazywane są ćwiczenia Tabata, jak sama nazwa wskazuje, przyśpiesza metabolizm i pozwala efektywnie redukować zbędną tkankę tłuszczową. Tabata łączy w sobie ćwiczenia anaerobowe (ćwiczenia beztlenowe) i ćwiczenia aerobowe (ćwiczenia tlenowe), więc pozwala jednocześnie poprawić wydolność i wytrzymałość organizmu. Dodatkowym efektem ćwiczeń Tabata jest skuteczna i dość szybka redukcja tkanki tłuszczowej oraz rzeźbienie sylwetki.Trening Tabata - zasady4 minuty intensywnego wysiłku, bo tyle trwa trening Tabata, wystarczą, aby odczuć i zauważyć jego działanie. Wstęp do treningu powinien uwzględniać nie tylko ćwiczenia rozgrzewające mięśnie, ale także ćwiczenia rozciągające np. skłony i skręty tułowia, wymachy rąk i nóg, przysiady, pajacyki, skakanie na skakance, bieg w miejscu.Rozgrzewka powinna trwać kilka minut i w szczególności muszą się na niej skupić osoby początkujące, które często traktują rozgrzewkę po macoszemu. Takie podejście w przypadku ćwiczeń Tabata to zwiększone ryzyko bolesnych urazów i kontuzji.Treningu nie można wykonywać na czczo oraz zaraz po zjedzeniu posiłku; aby okazał się efektywny, konieczne jest stosowanie odpowiednio zbilansowanej diety.Trening Tabata - jak ćwiczyć? Zasady treningu Tabata są bardzo proste; polega on na wykonywaniu ćwiczeń aerobowych i interwałowych z maksymalną (dopasowaną do wyjściowej kondycji fizycznej) intensywnością.W czasie 4 minut treningu trzeba wykonać 4 rundy ćwiczeń. Każda runda powinna trwać dokładnie minutę i składać się naprzemiennie z 20-sekundowego, intensywnego wysiłku oraz 10-sekundowego odpoczynku. Można dowolnie wybrać ćwiczenia; szczególnie polecane są:brzuszki,przysiady z wyprostowanymi rękami,przysiady z wyskokiem,pompki,wyskoki,pajacyki,bieg w miejscu,skakanie na skakance.W celu dokładnego monitorowania czasu każdej rundy niezbędny jest stoper, który warto mieć w zasięgu wzroku.Przykładowy trening Tabata dla początkujących:5-minutowa rozgrzewka np. 15 przysiadów, 15 skłonów tułowia, 15 skrętów tułowia, 1 minuta skakania na skakance, 1 minuta biegu w miejscu;Runda 120 sekund brzuszków, 10 sekund odpoczynku, 20 sekund brzuszków, 10 sekund odpoczynku;Runda 220 sekund skakania na skakance, 10 sekund odpoczynku, 20 sekund biegu w miejscu, 10 sekund odpoczynku;Runda 320 sekund pompek, 10 sekund odpoczynku, 20 sekund pompek, 10 sekund odpoczynku;Runda 420 sekund przysiadów z wyskokiem, 10 sekund odpoczynku, 20 sekund przysiadów z wyprostowanymi rękami, 10 sekund odpoczynku.Trening Tabata trzeba zakończyć ćwiczeniami rozciągającymi i rozluźniającymi mięśnie!Podsumowując, Tabata to trening o skutecznym działaniu redukującym zbędne kilogramy. Wykonywany 2-3 razy w tygodniu pozwoli osiągnąć szybkie i zadowalające efekty, jednak trzeba pamiętać o tym, aby w czasie jego przeprowadzania trzymać się opisanych powyżej zasad.Ważne, aby początkowa intensywność ćwiczeń dopasować do swojej wyjściowej formy fizycznej.
