Vanellope refuses to stand down without a fight and shows efficiency in reaching her goals for the most part. Vanellope is also an enthusiastic dreamer.

Hello everyone 🤗 I choose smurfette as my cartoon character from smurf movie 💙 It is because smurfette loves herself and (most) everyone around her. She is driven by the passion she has for her interests, the love she has for those around her. She also hates when people try to step in when she's trying to defend herself. Smurfette loves her friends, animals, and nature. She hates messes and functions best in neat, well-kept environments (such as her own house) and doesnt have time for people who put other people down. Lastly, she is willingly helping out where she can in her life. Last but not least my name is NURUL HANIS SOFEA BINTI MOHD HAFIZ and you can call me Hanis. Yah I think that’s all from me, Thank you 🥰 Nice to meet you 😙

In my opinion, both the Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA) and the Islamic Financial Service Act are important because both the Act provide more precise regulation and supervision of all the financial institutions. As for FSA, it provides more detail about regulation and empowers all the financial regulators of BNM to ensure the safety of financial institutions by introducing Financial Holding Company. Other than that, the FSA also grants BNM the authority to take various actions to ensure the financial service providers are fair, which gives the consumer more protection and ensures all the financial providers conduct the business properly . Meanwhile, for IFSA, it centred on financial stability and promoted compliance with the Shariah principle in every operation, business, affairs and activities.

In my opinion, the FSA and IFSA are important because both Acts are the most significant pieces of legislation to impact the Malaysian financial services industry when they come into force. Both Acts were introduced to provide for the regulation and supervision of financial institutions, payment systems and other relevant entities, as well as oversight of the money market and the foreign exchange market. For FSA, defined as a company which holds an aggregate of more than 50 percent interest in shares in a licensed entity, or holds an aggregate of less than 50 percent of shares but has control in a licensed entity. Both Acts aims for to promote compliance, but IFSA imposes stringent requirements on Shariah governance mechanisms and caters to the specificities of Islamic financial products and operations which are based upon various types of Shariah contracts.

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) enables the Malaysian financial regulator, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). It is to introduce a Financial Holding Company to safeguard the security of financial institutions. Furthermore, the IFSA intends to improve financial stability and Shariah compliance, as well as boost Islamic financial institution regulation.

This is intended to finance public development projects carried out by them. It is one of the precautions taken with the cash obtained to fuel new company operations, infrastructure initiatives, and working capital. As a result, the capital market is critical to the country's long-term financial needs.

The money was mostly utilised to finance new business operations, infrastructure, and working capital. This also can be proven based on the article, as the end of July 2021, the government enable to finance development expenditures and stimulus packages. In a nutshell, the capital market plays an essential role in the country's long-term financial requirements.

The fundraising activities in the capital markets saw an improvement of 43.1% for the private sector, while the public sector regressed marginally by 0.5%. In MoF report said that this fund raised were mainly used to finance infrastructure projects, new business activities and working capital.

I think the FSA are important because by introducing the idea of a FHC , the FSA allows the financial regulator, especially the Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), to have authority over FHC. The FSA then gives BNM the right to take a variety of actions to ensure that financial services companies are fair, accountable, and professional when dealing with customers. Finally, the FSA states that only persons and strict liability offences are subject to imprisonment. For the IFSA, the IFSA aims to promote Shariah coprincipals. It is by establishing BNM's role as a Shariah regulator, imposing strict standards on Shariah governance mechanisms, and catering to the specificities of Islamic financial products and operations based on various types of Shariah contracts. The IFSA then plans to strengthen the foundations for end-to-end Shariah governance and compliance, support the effective application of Islamic contracts in the offering of Islamic financial products and services, from contracting to resolving a failed Islamic financial institution, and align legal and regulatory principles with Shariah precepts to promote greater legal and operational certainty.

Hello everyone and madam ninalyn. I choose nani pelekai as my cartoon character from Lilo and Stitch movie . It is because Nani pelekai is very hardworking, kind hearted and independent woman since their parents died. She need to do part-time job sometimes to save money for her little sister since she was 19-years old . Same as me I've been working since I finish my high school . I worked to help my family to earn money cause I love my family so much. I also earn money by myself until now so that i dont have to ask my parents for money anymore. Then I considered myself as an independent girl. Thats all I can share here , thankyou for reading mine. Sorry for the late submission madam and thankyou for the opportunity. 💕💖

We can see from this article that Central Banks all around the globe want to adopt Central Bank Digital Currencies because they can aid with international settlement and enable secure and efficient payments. If BNM decides to implement CBDC, one possible effect is that it will aid in the development of financial organizations by allowing for more efficient transaction processes.

In my opinion, most people take action to borrow money from illegal money lenders because they can get money faster without a lot of procedures and correspondence while borrowing money from banks involves several procedures and takes a long time. As a result, they prefer to borrow from illegal money laundering institutions rather than banks. For me , the government should launch public awareness campaigns or programmes to educate the public about the dangers of money laundering and the benefits of banking, which include overdrafts, term loans, home loans, personal loans, and bridging loans and financing.

In my opinion FSA and IFSA is important since they both regulate and supervise financial institutions, payment systems, and other related organizations, as well as oversee the money market and foreign currency market. Consumer protection and good business conduct are provided by the Financial Services Act of 2013, while Syariah governance and compliance are provided by the Islamic Financial Services Act of 2013. We require both because they are connected.

From the article, one lesson that I learned is Malaysia has managed to grow more successfully in the financial field at the end of July 2021 compared to the previous year although Covid-19 was still hit at that time. One example is the positive sentiment among investors in part due to businesses adapting to a challenging environment while embracing digital technology in conducting their operations in accordance with the MoF. From these examples, indirectly the function of the capital market has been implemented which is to enable business entities to obtain funds from investors to finance their investment projects.

In my opinion, they want to spend a lot of money quickly and they don’t need as much documentation as a bank. Next, I suggest that people stop paying. Once you have identified your lender as a lender, you should stop paying anything to them. Please report to the authorities immediately and hold on until help arrives. Never give them a penny. Finally, to encourage people to use credit facilities from banks is that banks should set a warning payment deadline in credit facilities. This is because people tend to forget to pay money before the credit facility deadline. Indirectly, it will automatically block and can go directly to the blacklisted user.
