         <description><![CDATA[<div>In our opinion you should do a digital detox at least once to just relax and be more productive.The two experiments show that it can be positive as well as negative and that it is very stressful because you don't know what you can do and you’re isolated .  If you should do it, it would be most productive to do it during the exams phase to be able to work productively and improve your performance, but longer would be bad because you can lose social contact and you need them .</div>]]></description>
