         <description><![CDATA[<div>A school Psychologist and Counselor are part of the multidisciplinary team that aids in helping student with special needs. They have many roles including providing the student with social, emotional, or academic support.  The counselor may be of more help in including the family members of the student so that they are well aware of the services.<br>This <a href="http://www.psychologyschoolguide.net/psychology-careers/special-education-counselor/">link</a> is great for learning the roles of a SPED counselor.<br>It explains how they go about to be sure they've provided all the necessary resources for the students that they can access. </div>]]></description>
