I know at our school we don't really go out of our way to tell incoming freshman about HOSA, and that we have mostly just get kids with older siblings that have done it or have specifically gone looking for a health related-club. Bigger membership and more engagement with membership- Developing post-secondary and middle school membership and getting more people to participate in activities either in-person or online or through social media.
2. Establishing closer relations with other organizations- Making more cross-HOSA events with other states and countries maybe and more CTSO collaboration and definitely working with more Colorado CTSO organizations for more publicity, event turnout, membership interest and more. This can also include developing new industry connections and partnerships.
3. Communications and Community service- I would like to establish more clear and solid communications with chapters and their officer teams and just the general membership including hosting Q&A sessions for members to reach out more comfortably and just do much more community service more than just the national project and just as an organization to get more involved with our community.
