This theme was full of intensive information and knowledge like edupreneurship meaning, verbal communication and its types, and non-verbal communication, forms of presentation and it’s critical elements, etc.
During sessions of this theme, I obtained more knowledge about edupreneurship which is very significant in the academic field because it connects the education with labor market and the learners will learn how to use their competencies after graduation in the job market, and the most important point about the term if edupreneuership is to shift our own and different ideas into action.
Verbal communication is the use of our words when we share and communicate with others and to deliver our messages successfully to our audience, also, our first impression has a very important impact on our audience in the next communication. Verbal communication types are divided into four critical types namely, intrapersonal, interpersonal, small groups, and public. When we communicate with ourself individually is called intrapersonal communication because we discuss some specific topic with ourself, by this type we can develop our self awareness, self management, and self confidence, however we should not thnik too much because overthinking is one the drawbacks of intrapersonal communication. In contrast, interpersonal is the communication between two indivduals in which they swap their role while they are speaking. In small groups more than two individuals communicate with each other, for instance, this type can be seen in team meetings, press conference, etc. Final type is public, is happen when one person talk to a large number of audience, it has three different types like speaking to entertain, speaking to inform, speaking to persuade.
Another significant topic was about presentation which is a process of presenting a specific knowledge to the audience, a successful presentation should comprise of context, method, presenter, message, audience, and impediments. In addition, presentation has many types like providing information, solving a problem, making a decision, reporting a progress, teaching a skill, etc. Inorder to present a successful presentation we should reduce panic this will be overcomed by preparing very well, arriving on time, taking deep breath, etc.
Non-verbal communication is also very significant like verbal communication, in this type we can transmit our message via our eyes which is called eye contact, or facial expression, postire, etc. Moreover, in this theme we learned about edupreneurial education approaches which were teaching about entrepreneurship, teaching for entrepreneurship, teaching through. Edupreneuership education have several advantages in preparing learners for an uncertain future, teaching problem identification, making the globe a better place, etc.
Finally, we learned about the significans of video based learning and its impact on learning the learners, some of the benefits of video in teaching process were maximizing learners motivation and enhancing their experience, teamworking, and communication skills, etc.
To conclude, several critical topics have been discussed and learned through this theme which is started with the eduprenenuership in depth and ended with the advantages of video based learning for teaching.

The theme was full information about how the education can be connected with the labor market, when the education is related to market is refered to as market oriented education.
I learned three significant terms namely entrepreneurship, edupreneuership, and entreprenuer. Each one of these terms have its own meaning, entrepreneurship is the beginning process of the new business, but when entrepreneurship is practiced in the education sector is called edupreneuership.
However, a person who has unique idea or create a new product for clients is referd to entrepreneur.
Someone who is entrepreneur has some specific features or characteristics like these: initiator, problem solver, risk taker, goal seter, decision maker, motivator, etc.
Another important topic that I taught it in this theme was about how we can build entrepreneurship framework, which is done by following 4 parts of entrepreneurship:
1. idea, 2. market research, 3. prototyping, 4. production.
In idea, we should focus on organizing, customer need, fund raising, etc., where as in research market, we have to collect statistical data and knowing our competitors, but regarding prototyping part is about applying and conducting our design and predecting the cost that needed for producing our product, and final part is production in this part also we should check the quality of it, efficiency, warranty, etc.
Furthermore, I learned about some characteristics of managing the market oriented such as the admin staffs in the universities should assist tutors not to control them and universities have to increase their efficiencies.
To sum up, the market oriented education is very significant and useful in the universities because it connects the academic department to the job market and fullfill the market needs.
