1. Alarm reaction is where your body mobilizes its resources to cope with added stress.
2. Stage of resistance is where bodily adjustments to stress stabilize (symptoms of the alarm reaction disappear when the body's defenses come into balance)
3.

Alarm reaction: When I start to stress about something such as a final exam, I notice I don't eat and I lose sleep stressing over the exam because I'm not a good test taker.
Stage of resistance: I become a little irritated with people, I'm not as energetic due to my lack of sleep and not eating.
Stage of exhaustion: Once I stressed so much about it I do notice I'm anxious. And during the exam I second guess myself, change answers and worry about how I did until my grade comes out. Once it comes out I either did well or I'm beating myself up because I changes my answers and got it wrong (should have stuck with my initial answer)
