Laura Jean is the main character in this book. She lives with her dad and two sisters and is the middle child. She’s in high school and has a best friend named Chris. She then later discoverers her new boyfriend Peter who she used to love back in elementary. But before she had remembered all the boys she loved before which put her in a position where she had to Mae decisions and fix what had been done. If I had to describe her in two traits I would say caring and a over-thinker. I think this because whenever something happens she always thinks the worse and what’s she going to have to do. Like when all her letters got sent out she thought someone had read them. I also said carding because when she found out all the boys knew she didn’t want to hurt any of them and she cared so much that she didn’t want to loose them. And not make them upset.

Peter

Peter is another main character in this book. He plays the role of Laura Jean's boyfriend. If I had to put two traits to describe Peter, they would be popular and confident. Because Peter plays lacrosse, everyone knows him at school. Although Peter can be a jerk and thinks he is the best, he also has a kind heart.

Margot

Margot is Laura Jean's older sister. She is about to head off to college and helps Laura Jean with many of her problems. Two words to describe her would be smart and responsible. She is older, so she knows more, and she is smart, so she knows what to do. She's responsible when it comes to taking her mother's responsibilities since her mother died a while ago.

Kitty

Kitty is also another character. She is Laura Jean's youngest sister. Two words to describe her would be funny and clever. Shes fuuny because she never fails to make her sisters laugh when there not in the right state of mind or they need to be cheered up. Shes also clever because she always knows the best way to fix a problem to help everyone that she cares about.

The book To All the Boys I've Loved Before gives us a theme that says it's okay to be yourself and that love can surprise you at any time. Laura Jean learns that when she shows herself to be brave and has an open heart, even when it's a scary time and you don't know what to do.

Major Conflict

A major conflict in this book is that Luara Jean's secret love letters got out around the school, and she feels embarrassed and scared. One of the letters soon gets to Peter, and they both have problems, and they try to solve them by pretending to be dating. But later on, they both start to catch real feelings for each other for real. Then Laura Jean's problem is fixed whenever she decides to tell the truth to Peter and admit her real feelings and how she really feels about him!
