Judgement before Collaboration Needs

I fear the weakening of a relationship due to individual judgement of outsider knowledge in my pursuit of community and collaboration. Especially in high intensity situations. I am guilty of this and want to minimize this reaction in myself, as well as receive the benefits of minimizing it in our small peacemaker community.
