For the ticket SP-36307. First of all there is not a process to automatically deploy the IS3 database changes.  The accruent team is creating a process for it. It is already defined but it'll take time for it to be available for the moment a temporary deploy is being defined. There is an scheduled meeting (Tue 14/08/2018 12:00 pm) in order to determine the implications of the ticket and the deployment process.
The implementation of the solution is going to affect all the existant REST API's because the updated makes use of a new kind of token.
There is also a need of an environment with SSO active is order to test the new changes and check for any problems in it with the update. The gapa /chef environment does not has it enabled.
