Basic sanitation is a right that all citizens have. Therefore, as citizens we propose this "win-win" campaign to the governmental entities which, we will make a training to the people of the center neighborhood to make good use of domestic wastewater from the houses, in addition to making the respective studies for the treatment of these waters, such as data collection of the conduction, the average daily flow of domestic water that is general, and the manufacture of a wastewater plant.
