This suggests a positive change in the labor market conditions within this specific region during that time. Over the observed period, the unemployment rate in Region X has varied, with an average rate of 5.300%. It reached its highest point at 7.400% in January 2005 and hit its lowest point at 3.000% in January 2018. This indicates that the labor market in Northern Mindanao has experienced fluctuations in unemployment rates over the years.
     In conclusion, the unemployment rate in Region X (Northern Mindanao) of the Philippines has shown variability over time, with a recent decrease in unemployment between July and October 2018.
