Maybe, they are dehydrated or it could be a matter of low energy. Usually, energy is derived from carbs. When there isn't any more carbs the body breaks down fat and converts it into energy. Maybe their body got overstimulated and ended up collapsing because of how much their body is working to convert their fat into energy.
