1) Over-speaking:
Its good to let everyone know your point of view but you need to let others speak.
2)Don't try to be someone else:
Be as natural as you can and be yourself, if you try to be soemthing you're not your ideas will not be portrayed.
3)Do not object to others without backup:
If you don't have nothing to support the reason why you object to something your ideas won't be listened because you have nothing to rely on.
4) Bad body language:
Have a good posture during the discussion to prove that you are paying attention and listening with respect to others, also when you're talking make sure to make eye contact with everybody else in the room
5)Interrupting:
Even though it is permitted to interrupt in group debates, it is not well seen to interrupt others whilst their talking and can be rude
6)Keeping composture:
Maybe some opinions from others will make you upset or cause something upon you, so don't start screaming or making a scene, instead show your point of view in the politest way

1)Contributing:
Contributing to the conversation and coming prepared is the best way to take advantage of the session as possible
2)Don't be afraid to ask questions:
If you have a question about an intervention or the topic don't be afraid to ask, maybe some others have the same doubt
3)Back up:
Bring information that you can use as back up in your interventions, so your arguments have something to rely on
4)Humbleness:
Stick to your values and principles no matter what
5)eye contact & nodding:
Make eye contact with the others in the room, this will make more space for the conversation, nod when others are talking that way they understand that you are listening to them
6)Quote:
Use quotes, evryday examples and statistics to express a cleaner chain of thoughts.
