Can he steal the dog back? Will HE make it back? We will have to find out in the next book.

After that they started a hunt for the book of all the children that died at the poor farm. They found the book and made a gravestone for the ghosts. that's why Travis is the best main character.

They have some water mixed with herbs to help fight infection, and prevent it. they are going to keep his German Shepard Zhasta because Russia will kill her. That is what chapter 1 and 2 are about in Saving Zhasta.

After that they start building a trapdoor for Zhasta so she can stay hidden in their home. They soon get attacked by some dog thieves so they grave the hunting rightful's and take them to the police to go to prison.

The next morning Greg and his family is packing to go to the island. Traffic is really slow so it takes them an hour to get there. The flight was also delayed so they had to wait another 3 hours until they could go. That is chapter 3 in The Getaway.

I would say Mikulle is brave, helpful, and hopeful. He is helpful because when Mikulle was riding Paku he found a dying man named Petr. He helps petr by putting him on paku and riding him to Mikulle's house to be helped by Mukulle's mom and brother. He is hopeful because he wants to save shata and keep her from the Germans and the Russians. He is brave because he stood up to the people in a yellow truck looking for shasta, he hides her behind a bail of hay and keeps talking to them so they don't look. That is why i think Mikulle is helpful, hopeful, and brave.

That says,"You are the missing one!" in print. There was no return address so Jonah wondered who the message came from. The next day he told chip about it, Chip got the same letter as well. Jonah and Chip decided that they would investigate after school. That is chapter two in Haddix book 1 FOUND.

So that shows that the author chose Joanh as the main character. Reason number three, is that he and Katherine are always going on time travel trips no matter what. That is why I think that Jonah is the main character.
