* Having all school "levels" present made discussions so much more meaningful. Learning what is happening in other buildings, I think we gained a better perspective of our day to day struggles/realities, as well how we all "fit" together.
* Somehow we need to find a way to follow up on the discussions we started.  We identified some "issues," such as  the MS/HS transition and managing workload.... so.... now what?  Where do we go from here?
