I wish I could turn back time

Back when the choices are still mine

To correct all the mistake I have done

For now, everything was gone.

I wish there will be more chances

To feel and see the world as it changes

Then I shouldn't have been regretting from now,

And never asking life why and how.

I wish I could have everything at one glance

So that I would never fail on my plans

But all I can do from now is to wish and be still,

For all of those wishes will never be real.

The sky stretches out a symphony.

Every note dropped, every soft kiss,

A transient delight in the silence of twilight.

The world grows dim then gradually brightens

Dreams are woven through fading light by clouds.

Hope falters in every beat,

Rain creating a symphony.

In a room where shadows fall

There’s a girl who hears her silence call.

She dreams drifting so quietly, far away

In the hush of melt away.

Her eyes like stars, dimmed by night

Chasing whispers of lost of light.

Yet in her heart and mind, there’s a spark remains

A soft strength through weary chains.

Hoping no one will notice.

Yet, there is a light in her soul,

A strength that increases, while confidence endures.

Every stride she takes teaches her to fight,

She finds her light by accepting her imperfections.

'Cuz she begins to see in her heart,

Simply being free is beautiful.
