But in this model there is strength and weakness where the strength of this model is the learning process is flexible and practical. Meaning of practical is where a true picture of curriculum development is represent.

The weaknesses of this model is no fixed objective because the sequence of the curriculum elements in this model not arranged in fixed sequence.
While dynamic model have no sequence for curriculum element , Taba's model have a definite order in developing the curriculum to facilitate attaining a more thoughtful and dynamically conceived curriculum .

So week 12 is my turn for microteaching ,well its first time for me so of course i make a little mistake in deliver my lesson since i'm the last one . Microteaching is way different than presentation because microteaching is to teach some subject until students understand while presentation is explaining certain topic related to general knowledge.
So yeah , its not easy to teaching people , because each of the students have their own way how to understand certain topic . So ,if i become an educator in the future , i want to make that class flexible and not to focus on certain group only and should make a lot of engagement with students .
For the teaching aid , i think i should use high quality material to make my teaching aid beautiful and look so neat. Since i use mahjong paper for teaching aid , yeah its look cheap but still beautiful and neat because i put a lot of effort to make that teaching aid beautiful and students can recognize the diagram.
Actually to be honest my first plan is to make that diagram mobilize and i try to do that but it look so ugly and messy !Since my instructor suggest that i should make that diagram can mobilize ,and i'm already done that before my microteaching but its not working . Maybe in the future i will working on that mobilize diagram and make it super neat and beautiful !
So i have lot to make improvement in order to become a better an educator in future. In shaa Allah i will working on that

So this week there have no class since microteaching is already end and we just discuss within the group and we decided to do 'Youth Scientists Survival Camp'.
We planned to do activity that related to science since this camp is to educate students how science is really important in their daily life and our target group is secondary school students in Selangor area.
We hope our course design will done very well
