Whatever team building activities you do, take time at the end to talk about the activity. Focus on what went well, what did not, are there lessons learned or things that can tie back to our work, and anything else you can think of. Help them as needed, but hopefully they will get things like listening better, listening more, being willing to accept help from others, offering help to others, thinking outside of the box, and more.
