Terbium is classified as a metal because its malleable,a good conductor,and ductile.

Terbium has many uses like:
Magnets for hybrid cars,
creates the green color in HD screens,
trichromatic lighting 
and in color TV tubes

because its a gas at room temperature and is not dense being  two-thirds the density of air.

Neon has mostly one use  for advertising signs but it can also be used for other things

It can include characteristics from both nonmetals and metals.
Antimony is a metalloid because in its 

pure/original form it is not shiny and malleable like most metals.It also has a lower heat and electrical conductivity than most metals.It is also brittle, fusible, crystalline solid but it does include a unusual:
 property that it expands when its frozen(like water)

The main uses for Antimony is for batteries.Its compounds in the other hands are really useful for:
flame-proofing materials, paints, ceramic enamels, glass and pottery.
