You can see everything right in front of you. It decreases the chance of a student putting a random word. They have a fair chance to get a better grade.

it allows students to have it right infront of them. If they didnt have it infront of them this could cause them to struggle more and maybe leave a question blank or put a random question down.

Providing a word bank allows students to accurately answer the questions being asked. This is not only beneficial to students with disabilities, its beneficial for all students. There may be more than one correct answer. A word bank will ensure the question intended is being answered.

The student will be provided with a guide to complete the test. Doing so decreases the chance of the student not having a clue on what they are to do and just overall helps stay on track.

The accommodation of putting in a word bank alongside a test could be more beneficial to all students along with students with disabilities because it can help them know the terms you are asking about. It can also help students with spelling if they are required to write. Some times having a side sheet with formulas for math help students remember how to plug numbers in when solving a problem so I feel that the word bank would do sorta the same helpingg the students achieve their goals.
