Hamilton was having second thoughts about dueling he really wanted to be out hunting with his friends. So as they were coming down Hamilton saw a nice bird and shot it out of the sky. Its a shame he didn't get to enjoy that bird cause moments later he was shot. The reason for this was Jefferson never liked Lewis apparently he thought he was snoody and stuck up. Now some say he just did it to get it over with but I know the truth. Jefferson bribed the representatives vote. He offered to give him hi s lunch his mom packed him that morning.
