In Romeo and Juliet, Love is blind is symbolized as a mask. Romeo masked himself so he could sneak into the party. Juliet didn’t know that Romeo was a Montague but she fell in love with him through the mask.

In "Pyramus and Thisbe", It is symbolized as the chink in the wall. The only way they saw each other was through that and they can only see each other’s eyes. In Romeo and Juliet, Juliet’s romantic fate, according to her father, was to marry Paris, not Romeo. Juliet chose to go against her parents and married Romeo.  This result of this defiance and the failed attempt to change her fate was death for Juliet and Romeo.  

In "Pyramus and Thisbe", the same situation happened. In "Pyramus and Thisbe", they were separated for years by a wall between their room. They were only able to communicate by a crack in the wall between their rooms.

In Romeo and Juliet, they were unable to marry because of their families.
They were arch enemies and hated each other.
