It was germinated by opening the husk taking out the seed and wrapping it in damp kitchen towel then sealed in a zip lock bag, it was then stored in the hot cupboard until the tap root was as long as the seed, it was then potted in multipurpose compost and perlite mix then covered with a plastic container and wrapped in cling film to keep the it warm and humid.
