         <description><![CDATA[<div>These are some great suggestions! I have been really inspired by the Genius Hour concept all year and am really anxious to incorporate it into my regular curriculum. What better time to experiment than on <em>Lame Duck Days!&nbsp; </em>I also really like the concept of team building activities. I always end the year with the Marshmallow Challenge where students work in teams with very specific items and have 17 minutes to build the tallest possible tower to support a large marshmallow. They enjoy the activity and it really helps them engage in a collaborative setting.</div>]]></description>
