I have been really inspired by the Genius Hour concept all year and am really anxious to incorporate it into my regular curriculum. What better time to experiment than on Lame Duck Days!  I also really like the concept of team building activities. I always end the year with the Marshmallow Challenge where students work in teams with very specific items and have 17 minutes to build the tallest possible tower to support a large marshmallow.
